Movies, Movies, Movies

This blog is quickly becoming a Movie place...

So, to aid that sense here are some promising upcoming movies:

Así de pasada:

Grindhouse; Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino. A movie that you just have to see the trailer to know that it is just senseless, mindless, unfounded violence just for the fun of it, and I love it! And it's two movies in one! You cannot loose with that!

Next is:
The Host; this is a monster movie but with depth (or at least that's what I can draw from the trailer), a disfunctional family gets together to save their youngest sibling (well, the trailer actually says that) from a horrifying creature that terrorises Korea. A tragic-comedy filled with the absurd, it has to be a winner... (I wish this movie would be shown in Puerto Rico).

Iraq in Fragments; Oh gosh, this looks like its going to be a powerful documentary, I mean, even talking about the trailer gives me goosebumps... watch it, you'll see.

Sunshine; science fiction in its most beautiful form, and with a title like that it has to be poetic and bright.

And
300; there are no words to describe the look of 300. Amazing would be too short. And the best part is that it opens in two weeks!

I wanna see 300 already; can't wait. Looks amazingly crisp.

By the way, don't know if you've heard about "Agentes Catalíticos". It's an electronic literary magazine where you can send your poems, short stories, fiction, etc. to be published. You can either send them in spanish or english, and in text or audio. Thought you would've like to know. You can at least check out the site at:

or for more info, e-mail me at:

Anyways, you're invited.

Good blog, cheers.

300 me dejo convulsionando. Ya vi Alatriste. Es una pelicula un poco lenta y larga, pero aunque su historia pudo haberse desarrollado mejor, es una buena pelicula
